All settings and configuration of the menu parameters are adjusted in the special easy-to-use User Interface. The whole process of creation of a flash-menu takes up only a few minutes! Insert the menu onto the page - Choose colors and size - adjust navigation tree settings - the menu is ready! You can also change the settings at any time when you need it ( and you don't have to start the setting process from the beginning).

I couldn't find any information on licensing restrictions for your menus. Can they be used on multiple websites, or does each website require a separate license?
You can use menus on multiple websites without limitations.
I have one of your menus working in DW-8. It works without the first button on the left when I run it through the DW browser features, however, after I upload the file to the site, the old trial version insists on coming in?
It seems that you did not update .swf file. If in DW everything is ok you need update flash file on your server.
Are your menus comparable with Dreamweaver MX? Are they loaded in the extension manager?

I have just purchased the menu - but the softery.com button still appears as the first button in the menu. How do I get rid of this?
You should reinstall the extension and then insert the menu on your webpage.
I downloaded the drop down menu and it works great with a couple of exceptions. I'm using only one level of sub-pages. On a couple of buttons, I have 8 and 9 sub-pages. Your menu only shows up to 6 sub-buttons, even though it allows me to add more?
To see all elements in submenu you have to extend the height of menu object in preview mode of Dreamweaver.
